The Office of the Traffic Commissioner has published updated versions of several of the senior TC’s statutory documents.
Revised guidance on how the Traffic Commissioners deal with appeals; how they handle the delegation of work to OTC staff and their deputies; advice around operating centres and stable establishments; how they interpret the law around financial standing; and the responsibilities they require transport managers to undertake has been updated with immediate effect.
The Senior Traffic Commissioner Mr Richard Turfitt’s statutory documents supercede those issued by the previous Senior TC, Beverly Bell issued in December 2016.
